Home made cream of mushroom soup with 3 x cheeses for dinner!
Two bowls of homemade dark mushroom soup swirled with cream. They’re on large plates and each have three slices of lightly toasted bread topped with 3 different types of cheese - Brie, emmenthal and a soft blue. It was blooming delicious.

Chilli paneer traybake this evening. It called for packet rice (!) but we had homemade rice n peas in the freezer so I used that. #VeggieFoodRocks
A chilli paneer traybake sprinkled with chopped coriander. It’s viewed from above and nestled in the rectangular glass oven dish are chunks of spiced paneer, softened green peppers and onions and some homemade coconut flavoured rice n peas. I’m looking forward to trying it later!

It would have been my Nana's 110th birthday today! Here we are in her yard behind the wool shop on City Road in Liverpool during the mid-60s. I still miss her every day. Happy birthday Jessie Po!

Just been sent this of me and my bff, taken in Stratford on Avon in about 1981(?) It feels like ancient history! (I’m the one on the left)
