There seems to be some confusion whether it's Wideopen, which is the village where the church is, or North Gosforth, which isn't particularly accurate, but means neither of the two villages in the District is singled out. As the name implies, Wideopen is quite windy - I'll want my cloak on Sunday!

It's the Sunday between leaving curacy and being licensed in my first incumbency. Went back to my sending church; fantastic sermon from their curate, and a good catch-up afterwards with some old friends.

I'm not sure I realised there were teapots to match - I've only ever seen it with those jumbo-sized metal church hall teapots.

I wrote everything in Word and copy/ pasted it, but it still did horrendous and incomprehensible things to the formatting.
