It's time to cap CEO salaries at 500k or less, no umbrella pkgs, health care same as staff, no stock shares unless all staff get stock.

There needs to be a cap on pay. No one is worth what so many CEOs get paid. It's asinine. They can live well on 300-500,000 per year. And I don't think they're worth that. Corporate greed, private equity, have ruined the US.
