I felt like what I saw and heard about it was good news. No war declaration. He duped networks into carrying an unhinged lie filled rally speech. He yelled at the American people from the WH. Sold that characterization of him having an alcoholic's personality well. It was a win..imo

Wasn't the ACA originally a republican plan? Obama ran with it in hopes that it could get republican support? I can't believe that dems didn't want something more progressive at the time.

We did all of our Xmas shopping without the use of #Amazon Didn't need them and got free quick shipping from actual companies that make stuff. After canceling prime this summer I figured I'd let that Amazon credit card collect dust!

I lost my father 3 years before he eventually died from complications in late stage alzheimers in 2023. It's an awful horrible terrible disease process.

My doula was amazing and supportive but this idea that you can't have a natural birth within the scope of medical support is dangerous.
Both were successful Vbacs, but I know that's not always the case.

As someone who turned to doulas in my second and third pregnancy to ensure a VBAC after my first was a c-section I was on the fringe of this world. I was encouraged to "just have the baby at home" instead of having an unmedicated birth at the hospital with a supportive Dr who could save us if needed

This would murder companies in Jacksonville. So many people from India come here to work for different corporation. I've met a bunch that came here to work for bank of America.
So sad but is coming to America the opportunity for these people it once was?

Probably..yea. I could see that. It's also pretty hard to walk away when you see so much is on the line.

Biden claimed he would run and sit for 1 term. He should have kept to his word-ran a primary to see how dems felt about an almost 80 year old staying in office. It could have strengthened him in the end,or we could have voted on a replacement. Biden's ego got in the way...I still love that dude tho
