Definitely not routinely @ColumbiaObAnes
but in select cases when:

1) high risk for PPH
2) CI to other uterotonics
(preeclampsia & asthma)

Calcium chloride 1g or Calcium gluconate 3g is given

Seems to work but haven’t formally studied
