If anyone is wondering why the flags are being flown at half-staff for 30 days: it was a proclamation signed by Pres Eisenhower in 1954 to show respect for a former/current president for 30 days from the day of their death. I'm not sure why trump would be bothered by this. RIP President Carter! 🙏
