There is a need for mature trees in that part of the city. A pocket park would have been a good idea with the murals retained till they faded and maybe renewed at some point

Unfortunately this may disappear as I’m told a planning application for flats (possibly more student accommodation) went through for this site. Don’t think the Council were concerned about the murals or the trees
