Start trimming new growth such as blossoms, small fruit, and some leaves.. Then the older green ones will mature.

It is arugula, but probably seeds from a domestic arugula from last year. Wild arugula has much more pointed leaves.

Aspargus pickles taste great, and you'll appreciate them next fall and winter. There are many recipes for them online.
