IbisPaint does have vector features. Now I have to choose whether I want to change my whole process and learn how to use them effectively or ignore it because I can probably spend hours tweaking vertices manually

I use IbisPaintX for iPad. It might have a feature like that, but I haven't messed around with it yet.
