things like pea powder, and chia seeds are good sources of protein. Do they sell quinoa there, thats good too.

Looks like Tuna, Soy products (Edamame, miso etc) yogurt (he makes his) eggs , chicken. I don't know if these products are available over there but protein powders for smoothies, and protein bars are great/easy ways to do it.
