I love this so much!

Very scary. Especially on the 20th anniversary of Katrina. The federal presence was traumatizing to New Orleans residents. They shot people trying to walk across a bridge to leave a city filled with poison and death. They were not protecting citizens but holding them captive.

Secretary Birds are my fave. I’m going to go as one this Halloween.
