America has to go back to pre-Reagan tax rates for the filthy rich heading towards trillionaire status. It’s obscene. To have billionaires & multi-millionaires sucking the life out of the country killing the middle class that made us great? The 2028 Dem candidate must make this #1 priority.

Actually, that is what a lot of the 2010 Obama infrastructure work was. In that instance though, Congress approved in 2008 and the work started in 2010. They were bulking up the infrastructure of the underground bunkers, and of course, a lot of the topside things as well.
