That's how I want my "following" tab, I hated when the bird app decided to mess that up, I think that was around the time I stopped using it as much actually.

I only really dislike algorithms when they push things I'm not even remotely interested in and have never really shown an interest in.

Yeah, hashtags usually go well on most things (from my experience).
It's so evil. I like the type of social media it is but I do not want to use it because of who owns it etc. Gross stuff tbh. (I have old accounts but haven't touched them in a while)
