I finally began this next one, the template for which I got years ago at this point as a birthday present for a friend. This will be my most complex project to date, and hopefully won’t take me years. (I already had to undo a bunch of stitches b/c I got off by one row 🤦)

I started – and finished! – this pattern from Subversive Cross Stitch from a McSweeny’s piece. I’ve had my eye on it for years now and have finally gotten around to it! Yes, it’s late for the season, but it’ll probably still be a few months before I get it in a frame. 😅

I finished it! I finished the years-long cross-stitch project (because getting a puppy means you kind of avoid needles and thread for a while). Now to wash, press, and mount (or frame?).

It’s been a slow week for crafts. I’ve made some marginal progress on a cross-stitch I started a few years ago at this point. But I’m getting so. Close. To finishing it.
