I just wonder how much any one person is expected to take on. 2025 has the makings of being equally as life changing (for the bad) as 2020 did. And 2015. Apparently every 5 years…and just when recovery from the years start…bam! Here’s another thing.

I’m a month in to 2025 and I’m canceling my subscription. This year has been a 💩 show. I’m so tired.

It’s supposed to be really cold in dc next Monday. I think Michelle Obama made the right choice. 😉

Talking with my mom tonight about what we would get out if we had to evacuate because of fire. It’s overwhelming to think about. My heart just breaks for those who had to make those decisions, and who have lost everything.

One of my favorite parts of seeing Wicked was just how HAPPY people were leaving the theater. Adults, kids, and especially the theater geeks like me.

It’s Wicked day!!! Seeing the new movie tonight with my besties. Somehow the release of this movie seems appropriate now. A fraud leader makes a villain out of someone who looks different to draw eyes away from his flaws and remain in power…

It’s hard to be a Husker fan these days. Always will be, but it’s been an exhausting several years. Wasn’t planning on KState causing me stress too!
