I know it’s not going to solve the regular npm exploits, but at least deno may limit my exposure if do get affected

At some point one of these countries is going to need to fine Apple a percentage of their global income. I think it’s probably the only way Apple’s going to comply is if Apples lawyers failed to constantly stall and a fine is imminent. Is any country getting to that point?

What are the main breaking changes? Personally, I would of been fine with a new version of modular forms as I going to have to switch at some point anyway and deal with the changes.
