Stress the unstressed beats, rise up with the underclass, cheer for the underdog babyface, be a lover and a fighter, bebop.
A lot of people saying China is overreacting to Japanese far right PM's comments need to stop ignoring important context. Add Japan's postwar position as lapdog to US and Hillary Clinton-Obama initiated "Pivot to Asia."

Okay, going back to We Travel the Spaceways to do this by recording date as much as possible. I like this better once the singing is out of the way. "Tapestry from an Astroid," featuring beautiful trumpet playing by Phil Cohran, is a highlight.

These reactions are funny. Uganda is a majority Christian nation with a capitalist system, even more so after 90s liberal reforms that included privatization. Pro capitalist drones never look at the actual results of capitalism as such.

The two major US parties, and everyone in their orbit, everyone advising them as if they'll be part of the solution, needs to fuck off for the good of humanity.

The Futuristic Sounds of Sun Ra, his only album for Savoy, is next. This is one of a few Ra LPs most familiar to me. Didn't know it was supervised by Tom Wilson, who produced many iconic recordings, including Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone," S&G's "Sound of Silence," and VU's "Sunday Morning."

Next up: Jazz in Silhouette. Sci-fi pulp cover art, late night Chicago sound. Track order is confusing because there are releases with the sides flipped and I can't figure out which order is original.

Supersonic Jazz is up next. First release on Chicago's Saturn label.

Thanks to Bob Koestner and Chicago's Delmark Records, the LP was reissued. Some of you may know it by this cover art and title.

We're looking for a few 60 something losers who can't catch a guy on his bike.

I expect they'll go the same place all the Chicagoans went who threatened to leave if Johnson won. Which is right where they already were. Always with the threats, especially from business owners/ exploiters, landlords/ property hoarders, and cops/capitalist security. Most of them stay.

OTD in 1976, the terrorist attack on Cubana flight 455. Orlando Bosch Ávila and Luis Posada Carriles remained free in the US for years, Bosch until his death in 2011. Voices from the Other Side is an excellent book recording the experiences of witnesses of attacks on Cuban people.

They're talking about gangs and drug trafficking, using it as cover (with no evidence) to carry out illegal raids the way "terrorist" was used to drag people to black sites and torture them. Some sick fucks empowered to do sick shit. Look into mutual aid orgs and self defense. Wish I could say more.

I guess the "they" here is his board? That's capitalism. If someone out there will spend more, then you charge more. Especially when you have a virtual monopoly. Good seats at big games and concerts are for the very wealthy.

Don't think there will be any title changes. Not sure about a lot of the rest, though. I'm often wrong and I enjoy that.
