Hectic day in the tank—replanting, water change, and a fresh cup of rooibos. I finally cleaned my sponge filter yesterday (don’t ask) and thinned out the sword leaf. Gonna be a bit more intentional about stabilizing my tank rather than chasing parameters for the time being. Still so so so happy 😁

Day 164: I’m so happy with my tank. My Otocinclus have definitely made fewer appearances since adding the cpd’s, but everything in here just feels so right. Plus my first tank-bred shrimp is berried so she’ll be hatching her brood any day now.
