The only problem is that you get used to getting up at an ungodly hour. I’ve been retired for a year now and still getting up at 4:00 AM sine I did it for work for 30+ years. There’s only so much laundry and housework I can do at that hour and my trainer doesn’t even wake up until noon!

Had mine done on our cruise last month. Hubby had his fingers & toes done.
