That’s bad, I used to suffer with my back when I was young and fit, now it’s ok. Standing still or standing up for long periods are the main causes.
Now it’s mainly my knees. They’re knackered and they can be really painful.
I’m hopefully getting replacements in the new year. Nice Christmas present.
