Really clear data. If schools were better funded for more staff at the very beginning, and the appropriate support put in place, then EHCP's would reduce, thus taking pressure off overcrowded maintained and Academy specials, preventing a need for expensive indy provision.

We have a compost bin in the garden but having found a decomposing rat in it a couple of years ago I’m not quite Di enthused by it!
