I firmly believe most Americans believe in science and the scientific process. Is the system flawed? Yes. Is there greed? Yes. Does the institution need review and change? Yes.
The advancements for medicine in the last 100 years was made possible with science. Don’t undo it all now.

From sunny beaches to windy snow-blown highways. Safely home with the cats closing in to snuggle us for the rest of the night. It was a great conference, @naemsp.bsky.social. New friends, old ones, as well as plenty of time to grow as a medical director. See you next year in Tampa!

Happy I was able to encourage one of my rock star med students to @naemsp.bsky.social this year. She is gonna match into EM this spring and likely do an EMS fellowship after. She is gonna do great things for EMS and EM alike!
