Graduate-level study in epidemiology and biostatistics. Pseudonym to avoid political pressure. No financial interests. If I disappear, look for me on the web at ruprechtmonk dot something.
Funny, but I noticed the pandemic took a lot of public bathrooms & sinks out of service. We forgot the fecal to oral route has killed more people than one new virus ever will. Still don't see soap in restrooms as often as I did before. Public too simple to recognize multiple threats, or what?

Mine is like Brawndo: It has what plants need. Theirs might be just N,P, and K from commercial fertilizer. So, yeah, I bet they want mine for themselves. :)

Nutritional failure is the norm among MDs when most med schools teach very little about nutrition, as they do.

In theory, yes. But, until I had an orthomolecular physician, I was not even tested for any mineral deficiencies other than iron.

In practice: Orthomolecular for the win.

Politics doesn't determine science. I studied epidemiology and biostatistics in grad school and was taught how to do literature review. I don't have time to repeat any of these analyses, but if you do, let's see your version before you scoff at the ones I've linked above.

Abram Hoffer tended to prescribe 1 gram of niacin, 3 times per day (3 grams daily) but I avoid taking so much that it ever stops causing a flush. We only flush when deficient, but I want to flush every single time.

Orthomolecular is the furthest thing from woo woo. If you want to learn how to do something, ask someone who knows how. If you want to know how to prevent & treat disease with natural substances, ask those who do it. www.doctoryourself.com

The intentional flush (vasodilation) from niacin was written about by Klenner, who credited Moore (1940) for this application.

If you go there and look along the right side, you'll see there's also an analysis of Vitamin D. c19early.org/dmeta.html And many others, each for a natural substance or off-patent medicine.
Vitamin D reduces COVID-19 risk: real-time meta analysis of 340 studies (125 treatment studies and 215 sufficiency studies)
340 vitamin D COVID-19 studies. 38% improvement for treatment studies, p < 0.0001. 52% improvement for sufficiency studies, p < 0.0001.
