Unelected Zia Yussuf on Laura Kuenssberg Sunday then on Monday Politics Live and Newsnight. Then recently Tory turned Reform MP on Tuesday Politics Live and News as well as elected Con now Reform Cllr on London Sunday Politics show

Not Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory but great visit to Doughlicious artisan cookies in Park Royal with Dame Karen Buck of OPDC and @westlondonbiz.bskyb.social who started in a kitchen and are now stocked in BA and Waitrose

Their ice-cream encased in spicy dough shell was amazing
