Moved Mom from NY to VA today. She's been in cognitive decline for a while, so having her closer to my sister & me makes sense. Wasn't ready for her not to know who I was after the trip. Yeah, she was stressed and anxious, but damn. Not her fault at all. Just needed to get that off my chest. Thanks

I always laugh when I see someone tell someone else to #touchgrass. But honestly, if you're lucky enough to have a backyard, I highly recommend getting barefoot and walking your backyard. It's something special. Hell, walk someone else's backyard... seriously, reconnect. It'll do ya good.

Talking to a gym friend who watched #TheGamechangers last week, and now he's decided that #vegan is probably the way to go. Obviously, I told him to hit me up with any questions he might have... don't care what got him there. I'm glad he's open to it.
