SCJ's own Prof Alejandro Gimenez Santana was recently featured in an article commending the City of Newark's exceptional use of data to reduce crime.

This approach has resulted in a 25% decrease in homicides, a 36% cut in auto thefts, and 55% fewer “hotspots.”
