I always knew that 5k was slightly over 3.1 miles but didn’t really apply that when hitting stop on my run where I attempted a 10k PR. I thought I PRed by 31 sec when I finished but probably needed a few more steps to get the banner on my Nike Run Club App. Good run tho #distancerunning #nikerunclub

I felt lazy today but got out for a run and got the mileage to hit 100 for the month with a day to spare. The goal has been 1200 mi for the year. Thanks to a big Jan and Feb I should get that in the next run or two. #phoenixrunner #goalsetting #nikerunclub #thankful

XC has been over for a month but there were so many kids wearing our team shirt to school today including many who have not been on the team but got a shirt from a friend or sibling. People want to be a part of it. New colors each season! #crosscountry #youthsports #buildingaprogram #coaching

Wow! I came across this and it sums up what I would love to show people who think success just sort of finds you. One thing I would like to see under the water is Building Capacity in Others or Uplifting Others. Success doesn’t happen in a vacuum. #success #crosscountry #coaching

I got this achievement on my Nike Run Club app after a great run in Grand Canyon National Park. It means a lot to get this here in an area that belongs to indigenous people. The pace was good given the elevation! #grandcanyon #nikerunclub #distancerunner

I ran a marathon last February. It was rewarding and a great memory. I have just been doing some 5ks, half marathons, and #patsrun since then. Not sure what my next step will be… #distancerunning #phoenixrunner #crosscountry
