Should never be ashamed of walking, sometimes it's just not the day. Pushing yourself to complete it is the important thing.

Dunkirk is an extremely interesting movie, reduced dialogue, with an amazing Hans zimmer sound track. Very moving.

Thats a lot of miles for a month, well done. I think I struggled to get 110 once and that had a 70 miler in it :D

Dunno about that, countryside running is more scary I think!
My daughter loves silent hill, perhaps I can use that as an excuse to get her to do some exercise (sure it won't work). 😂

Never done the Oxford half, done a few runs down that way. Might be one for me to try and do at some point.

I think sometimes you need to push yourself, but I think it's perfectly fine to have a week off. Especially for us older and unfitter folk :D
