That shouldn't be the case. I'm not the only one there.
I understand that I'm good at what I do, but I shouldn't be the only one my staff goes to. I can't get a break. I shouldn't of had to think about the restaurant today

And once someone texts me about work, I can't get out of work mode.
I'm always putting out fires and fixing things.
I'm told evey time I'm back from vacation I do so much.

And yes, people should respect my time, but it's been proven time and time again that they don't.
It doesn't matter how many times I tell them I'm not at the restaurant/on vacation, I get bothered

Theres a problem with that.
My co GM forgot that he said hed work this morning for me.
A covo we had a week ago. It was written into the schedule.
This isn't the 1st time where hes forgotten something we've talked about
