An easy paced run to and around Brockley & Ladywell Cemeteries which included pausing for the Remembrance Sunday event there. I stopped too by the memorial to some of the civilian deaths from WW1

The Choral was a bit disappointing, felt a bit like a Sunday evening TV period drama which tried too hard to be a WW1 history, look at class, death, sexuality and love. It wasn’t successful in any of them, but a pleasant enough watch, set in Saltaire.

Alpaca lost in Deptford…. If any Bo Peeps (or whatever the South American equivalent is) have lost one of your flock, it was by the playground in Brookmill Park, having been rescued from near the River Ravensbourne.

It was pacing week at Catford #parkrun, I had 3️⃣0️⃣ on my back and ran a couple of seconds under. Removing branches and litter from the course (course check) before. Running around and being silly with a two year old afterwards.
