Drug cartels are not terrorist organizations. Terrorist seek to use violence for political ends and change. Cartels do not want to change America...they like us as we are. it's bad business for them to effect change. No terrorist = illegal strikes

Killing criminals without due process/trial is murder. Every US serviceman or servicewoman needs to reconcile with this fact. Presidential statement do not eliminate/overcome the rule of law.

Theses strikes violate the Law of Armed Conflict. Even if you have reliable intelligence suggesting the boats have drugs...that's not proof. If they've intercepted comms stating they put drugs onboard...that does not mean there are drugs onboard. Saddam said he had WMD...to deter Iran.
