To clarify, they're blaming Dems for caving on the shutdown, not for the shutdown itself.

They think it was a month and a half of pain for nothing. Maybe that can be remedied with better messaging but, for now, they're livid.

I don't know, Josh. The people on SNAP who had to go without food for the past 10 days, and the gov't works who had to go without pay, sound really, really pissed. And they seem to be blaming the Dems. They believe that they went through all of this pain only for Ds to cave. They're furious.
