But just think, in 50 years when their “spacemen” are testing for promotion, there is going to be a test question for who created SF! And their study booklet will always have a big picture of Trump in the first chapter. They will build statues of him.

I am surprised they donate that much to democrats being a company from KY. Looking through their history they tend to give to both parties. They have donated more to dems in some years, as recently as 2022. 🤷🏻♂️ www.opensecrets.org/political-ac...

Yeah that is an old picture. I remember seeing it 20+ years ago before we had social media. I think of it anytime anyone mentions WY and wind.

Agreed, but this is just normal WY/CO weather for the last 30 years. This happens fairly often and the truckers usually pull over when it's this bad. Source lived in Cheyenne on and off for the last 30 years.

And in the last year, my Chinese, Filipino, and Indian neigbors have all bought 1 or more Teslas. They either don't know or don't care about Musk.

What gets me is so many journalist types despise Musk but stay on Twitter because they like the debating/arguing with people on there. Take a stand people.

In my military days, I worked with these guys. They watch the "news", Fox, etc. Basically anything they don't like is fake news. They used to print out Info Wars articles for me to read (assuming that if they emailed me a link I would just delete it, while I would have to read a printed version).

Qatar was the first WC I have missed in 40 years. I was going to watch this one, but the more crap I am seeing, the more I think I will pass.

Everyone replying about the turtle, who cares? They will get sued over it if it matters. The real point here is the Secretary of the Treasury is trying to pass off "had their best year" as some sort of positive economic factor. But also, it's a questionable statement in the first place.

That's the catch, the people who this is aimed at have no clue how treasuries work. All they see is "F*** yeah, America!"

And yet I keep seeing reports that that this past Black Friday's sales were very good. It seems to be a common theme this year, what people are saying is very different than what they are doing.
