I still can’t believe how bad Ugarte looked yesterday when he subbed on. Almost scared to do anything. And yet Mainoo sits on the bench. Amorim has to do better. It’s not just on the players.

3 in a row. 4 goals. Getting better for longer stretches of the game. I’m cautiously optimistic. #ManUtd

Dalot frustrates me so much.

A well deserved point. Cohesive team effort. Didn’t capitalize on our chances. Maybe biased but I thought we looked more dangerous.

28’ in and United look organized defensively and have had some really good counters. Just need to be clinical in the box.

What a performance. Everyone worked hard and perfection in the shoot out! Let’s go United!!

You beauty Amad!!

Hojlund sparked a good comeback win. Thoughts-pitch looked heavy, Rashford isn’t dangerous and may not turn it around, I’m over Dalot this season, Maz and Amad are excelling. Onana with another bad performance. I want to be hopeful against a struggling City on Sunday but I’ll be a bundle of nerves.

Guess the MAGA crowd was just clucking around about the price of eggs.

Went to a beautiful memorial service today. Shed some tears and share some laughs. Live life, love deeply, be curious, expand your community and be grateful for every moment. We all need these reminders.

I know it’ll take time but that was poor by United. Casemiro and Eriksen not good. Evans shouldn’t be a starter. The back 3 couldn’t make a pass that wasn’t sideways. Garnacho doesn’t look as comfortable inside versus out wide. Dalot gave the ball away too much. Thank God for Onana today.

Is it Sunday yet? My palms are sweaty and my heart is racing already. Let’s go United! #mufc

I’m reflecting on what I can and need to do. How can I get involved and make a difference to those around me. Not just talking politics here but really life in general.

Part 3-And so when you say it’s just about one person, I think you damage a long-term muscle to resist a drift.”

Part 2-It is a muscle in normal, ordinary Americans, who are showing up to volunteer at school, or helping their neighbors out, who have a relationship with their community. It is all of these ways that we live our lives.

Part 1-Don’t know much about Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D Rep) but I’m mulling over her response in NYT “ I think one of the dangerous things about that line of questioning (whether Trump is marching us toward fascism) is that democracy is not based on a binary vote for president.

Woke up full of worries and thoughts. Shockingly, I was able to just pause, acknowledge my thoughts and in the brief space of clarity be grateful. Grateful for the morning, grateful for my family, grateful for my health and the chance to go for a run. Grateful to Be Here Now.

I'm ready for Manchester United to be back in action. Excited to see what Amorim does, but I am nervous. There's just been so much hope and then heartache these past years.
