The same NBA that insists the WNBA isn't profitable increases their investment in the WNBA.
Find it interesting that WNBA has added 6 teams in last 3 years and 4 went to ownership groups that run a NBA team. One went to Larry Tanenbaum, who is a Raptors minority owner but also NBA board of governors chairman, and one to Kings minority owners. NBA strengthens hold on WNBA as it flourishes.
