As I understand it based on a quick google search they only have 5% of Capcom, so they've put in millions but nowhere near effective control / ownership. SNK on the other hand is now theirs.

I'll wait until they deliver now. For some of us, they've burnt a lot of goodwill by asking us to pay full price for a game with 2 joke characters. I don't want to support that. This isn't my version of a quintessential Fatal Fury experience..
