I've been having a bit of a rough time lately with all the hate in the world. When leaders openly hate, it tells everyone else..hey! Predudism is completely acceptable. IT IS NOT. I've been fighting with swings of depression and then anger. I feel like Im watching my country die a little every day.

5 years ago today, I had what they called a "large" heart attack. It affected 3/4 of my heart. There was a 100% blockage, affecting 2 chambers and 85% blockage in the "widow maker". But, other than getting wiped out very easily, I'm still here and going strong!! Btw, I had no heart attack symotoms!

Do you ever just have days when you just can't deal with people. That's how I am today. I feel the need to just hide in my workshop and make stuff. It's way too peopley out there. The noise; The lies; The hate; The manipulation; It seems like all these things have taken over. I'm just saddened.

I find that the more proactive I am in terms of love and safety for my circle the more inner peace comes to me. Carry hope, stay strong, stay together and keep vigilant. We will get through this!

I figured out how to post a couple things from my shop. I am making progress. IDK if its to cold gloomy day, the looming Jan 20th take over of democracy, or just depression as a whole, but i am having a HARD time motivating today. I have a ton of work and orders to get done. I need to smudge myself.
