Stayed up late last night and went to an eclipse party in the park. A bit cold but worth it. Next eclipse doesn't come to my part of Canada until 2029

Snow shoveling is done. Time to reward myself with a nice hot coco to warm up

First post and it is tonight's dinner. A homemade Roasted red pepper and garlic beef stew with a side of rice and a tortilla with refried bean inside. It is a nice warm and hearty meal for the dead of winter.
