This was part of the plan in the original Obamacare with public option. The R senators put in what they thought was a poison pill—force MoCs to use it. Dems accepted it. Then Rs voted against it.

I heard Rich Eisen say that if he stays on the practice roster, then he stays on track for HOF consideration. i guess the clock resets once he’s activated. Of course, they didn’t sign him just to practice.

This is great news. The amount of time MoCs and candidates have to spend sucking up to donors on the phone is shocking and enervating. Fundraising smarter unlocks more time for what matters.
