You are correct. However - It hit me the very millisecond I attained consciousness this morning. It was like waking up, opening your eyes, and having an entire techno oompah band staring at you an inch from your face.

Weekend at Bernies this. Bond is DEAD, but he's a symbol! We can't let him die! So a series of junior agents have to puppet his corpse through a series of Spectre lairs and trickery, all while maintaining the ruse - until they find out the real Bond was inside them all along!
