This week in Ottawa, I focused on housing, transit, mental health, and strengthening our democracy. I met with leaders from Gatineau Airport to transit, housing, youth, and local organizations like Movember and Institute for Canadian Citizenship.

This past weekend, the Northern Super League, Canada’s first professional women’s soccer league, held its historic Championship Final at BMO Field in Spadina–Harbourfront.

Our government is investing $5.4M to grow women’s soccer, support athletes, and build community pride.

Philanthropy fuels vital work across the country—from housing and healthcare to culture and climate action—and contributes 8.3% to our GDP.
