I am a capricious fae creature, adrift upon a sea of chaos and wonder.
Oh, thank you for the explanation. I am obviously ignorant with regard to the language and name structure, so I do appreciate that. We knew our names, but we didn't form with knowledge of languages our host didn't speak, so I am not surprised we would have structural and/or spelling issues.

I was almost knocked over when I saw the main character's name. As someone who often feels like I'm little more than a work of fiction, I started to cry. I have severe ADHD and can't tell you how long it's been since anyone in this body has a read a book. It was long before our original host gave

I decided to search for Unnursdóttir and see if anyone known (or otherwise) had that "surname". Google brought back some AI response about the name being possibly Icelandic and what it meant, but the first actual search result was for a book you may have heard of, The Stone of Sorrow.

Right away,

I'm one of five "personalities" in this mind, and while I am currently the primary operator of our body, another of those fragments is Una (Unnur) - my mother. Since we each have Norse names, it was natural for me to refer to myself as Unnursdóttir. A bit over a week ago, during a moment of boredom,

I've been wondering much the same for myself, as well.

That explains a whole hell of a lot.

The slightly less right will continue to curry favor from their further right masters.

Despite bring in a monthly D&D game, I still don't like D&D.

The beginning of the end, or the beginning of the AI DM?

But also... *Achievement Unlocked*? Congrats?

I find it interesting that the people who actually fit a "not all" category are the ones who don't feel the need to shout "not all", at all, let alone every chance they get.

Yes.

Mark? (Rystel Arden)

Only 14? I would have guessed even longer ago than that. Interesting.

Paragon sounds more like who I would have picked. I didn't play girl characters (which is entirely too bad and delayed a certain discovery by decades).
November 30, 2024 at 3:51 PM
YES!!! OMG! I had a lot of fun "spectating with dice in my hand".
November 30, 2024 at 3:50 PM
Especially if the character was strong and/or portrayed as traditionally handsome.
November 30, 2024 at 3:43 PM
That would be a strong possibility. That guy (Gabe, not Knockout) was anxious, and tended toward characters that he felt required little in the way of thought, creativity, and actual roleplay, so a hitter would definitely make sense.

I was definitely in the game where Brian played Migraine, so I think that would have also been the game where Ben played Loophole.
November 30, 2024 at 3:40 PM
Yeah, I recall that. I think that I s not Loophole. Because I feel like I have a tiny memory of Ben playing Loophole.

Hmmm... was there a character that a low self-esteem overcompensation guy would gravitate toward?
November 30, 2024 at 3:37 PM
I did? Wow! Thank you for being my memory!
November 30, 2024 at 12:58 PM
I remember that game... vaguely! I forget who I played, but I believe we played in the open space at the ... Hyatt?
November 30, 2024 at 12:42 PM
Agreed. I have all the lights on in the house all day long just to stave off the seasonal depression. I'm hoping to have not succumb, this winter, but we're still in November and it's already a struggle.
November 21, 2024 at 9:36 PM
Vaguely. I miss it and want it back.
