Honestly think the Ancient Mariner might be one of the best drinks ever. The recipe I like (based on Jeff Berry's):
- 1 ounce aged Jamaican Rum
- 1 ounce aged Demerara Rum
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz allspice liqueur
- 1 ounce aged Jamaican Rum
