Understandably frustrated

Nah, we're good. He can throw shit at Trump all he likes and I'll enjoy it, but I won't vote for a politician that determines whether trans people have rights based on what polls well on a given week.

They are not elites, they are predators

Anything else going on in the state that you'd care to share some thoughts on? Maybe demonstrate some leadership in tackling complex issues that affect your residents? No?

Not an intern, Andy Rose wrote it. His forte seems to be headlines attached to articles no one will read, and when wading into politics attempting to be Fair and Balanced™ to make sure not to hurt Trump's feelings. And people wonder why people can't trust the media
February 7, 2026 at 4:37 PM
CNN is like "the people will just not shut up about being shot in the face by the govt. Just have some intern shit out an article about how they're still whining about it."
February 7, 2026 at 4:33 PM
Do you still not like this then?
February 5, 2026 at 7:19 PM
This day in age if a billionaire hates something that means it must be for the people right...? At the very least it's bad for him, in which case I approve

The other half of the Epstein files

I would contribute what little I have to whatever the co-op version of the Washington Post there is.

Well now it's like streaming, and I can't afford different sub stacks, patreons, weird off-shoot alternative media sites. My money goes to NPR. Independent media needs to figure out a way to come up with some sort of journalism collective if they want to survive

Do you know how people outside Ukraine can help?

Tim Curry will be very upset when he finds out space has been corrupted by capitalism
February 2, 2026 at 9:52 PM
Maybe now is not the time to try to promote a game which could be retitled into "Child trafficking simulator... in space"
February 2, 2026 at 5:50 PM
Thank you for your service of having to watch and listen to Trump everyday. I couldn't do it

While looking like exactly the same thing I would recommend iceout.org/en/ at it's core it's just open source intelligence (OSINT) gathering that you are sharing with your neighbors. It's no different than sharing with your community where you saw a cool bird
People Over Papers - Report ICE Activity
Report and track ICE activity in your community. A community-driven platform to document immigration enforcement.

Cat's already out of the bag... www.newsweek.com/minnesotans-... is no longer time to talk about whether it should or should not happen because it is. Instead, discussions need to happen about what this means and how do you improve community safety in this environment.
Minnesotans flock to firearms classes amid anti-ICE protests
Demonstrators protesting federal immigration enforcement in Minneapolis motivated one mother to act—and she’s far from alone.

Says the person not living in the community living the day-to-day, trying to be holier-than-thou, telling people how they should best rise to the occasion. "You need to be morally superior and not exercise your constitutional rights otherwise the mean government will crush your rights further"
January 31, 2026 at 6:29 PM
Having rights means never having to say but

It ignores the argument that whether or not they had a firearm they had a right to have that firearm guaranteed by the constitution. The response from the government is that exercising your rights is an offense for which they can kill you.

My dude, they murdered two white people yes, but they've killed a lot more than that since they've been here.
January 24, 2026 at 8:30 PM
Should hit em with the Rob Schneider ad... Although they might end up buying it
January 21, 2026 at 7:03 PM
As I saw recently "you're not a bad person because you voted for Trump. It's because you're a bad person you voted for Trump"
