Been working a lot recently on new servers. I have become extremely fond of the CSE-512 case from Supermicro. Decently cheap, short-depth, ATX Compatible case. All servers I build from this point will most likely be using these.

Debating on writing a Looking Glass for NixLabs in PHP to run on my server. Looking at a lot of the looking glasses out there, hyperglass.dev looks like the best, but I feel it doesnt have the NixLabs touch that id want it to have, and modifying its design looks pretty complicated. Hmm....

Ive been spending a lot of time up late recently alone. It gives a kind of calming, melancholy feel. Im not sure if I enjoy it, or if I have just accepted it from the long nights I had as a pre-teen. Listening to The Midnight helps I guess...

You know, PHP gets a bad wrap, but ive been rewriting rummage.cc with it, and I cant see where all of the hate comes from. Its stupidly fast, server rendered, and easy to write stuff with. Maybe as I venture deeper I will understand, but I dont know.

This is such a simple feature that Cisco hasn't adopted onto their Nexus 9000 lines. I don't know how, or why. Its so simple to think I would be able to see the interface I'm configuring when in configuration mode and not some stupid thing like "config-int" that Cisco does.
