Are you asking me? I'd assume he did bc they always do, but I'm not based in MN.

If the man and the woman had the same charges, why did she get 15 years and he got life. Idk what the answer is to their crimes but surely the answer ought to be similar for both of them? He got life without parole and she was released in 2018.

The handyman never should have been in jail. And I don't believe they found jewelry from that house in his house. Cops are bad liars and poor investigators and now that man is dead of an allegedly aneurism.

Tom's an uncle. Also sure he sounded religious, he also sounded like someone who wanted to appease the kidnapper. Which, fair tbh.

It's just some guy who really liked Elizabeth, everybody has issues. And this could be guilt speaking but also I swear he sounds like any religious &/or cult person.

It's just a silly assumption to stick to so stiffly.
Next, these folks are Mormon & polygraph is junk science fluff nonsense.

Tom, idk if he's the dad or an uncle, but he sounds religious talking about the kidnapper.
Saying everyone goes thru stuff, he doesn't believe it's a bad guy just some-

It's a poor logical statement for real life bc it makes many assumptions. It assumes the person wore shoes or rubber soles shoes that would scuff with a dark color. It assumes they weren't tall enough to use the chair and get in. It assumes they couldn't pull themselves up and in the window.
