I did the thing! With all sincerity, bless the original artist, they are on the right track with a bit more study. The classic "Gil Kane Pose" is still a damn challenge I can barely pull off.
Also it took a few episodes to cook for me but now I'm hooked on the anime.

Pouring out a flagon of mead for The Bard's Tale, one of my all time favorite and defining games. BUT... I cannot express how much Tass Times In Tonetown made an impression on me as a young gamer. Heineman was BOSS.

iOS 26 is a big misstep to me. Feels like Apple wants to infantilize us with bobs and bloops. Floating UI over existing UI (mail, messages) is not appealing. Frustrating.

I worked for EA from 1991-1998. For a time it was wonderful. Towards the end I watched them start the path to dismantle every piece of that wonder. The company it is now is at least 10 times removed.

Can't see anything wrong with nerfing (re: Silksong). Cherry spent years on dev and likely have most gameplay committed to memory, not unlike how one is by the -end- of Hollow Knight. They can certainly realize "oh shit this is hard, actually," and adjust for accessibility.

but there are things that are really helpful in that way: you just have to slow down, focus and get them right. it might be horses or eyeglasses or shoes. whenever i find myself rushing things and trying to skip ahead, i'll draw a shoe and it'll remind me to not skip the drawing part of drawing
