When people saw the Street Fighter reveal trailer on The Game Awards, some struggled with how "goofy" it looked.

My hope is that by embracing the goofy, they retain its charm. Take He-Man, for instance.

No one wants to see edgelord Mekaneck in the new movie. They want to see this guy, down below.

Merry Christmas, metalheads!

This Hulk art reminds me of old Bill Plympton cartoons. They used to come on MTV's Liquid Television and featured little-eyed, red-faced dudes whose heads would inevitably blow up or contort in hilarious ways.

Nathan Fielder aptly described how I feel about Paramount taking over anything.

Zionist Ellison with funding from a murderous Saudi prince and strong ties to the Trump Whitehouse - that's who wants to "hostile takeover" HBO.

And people are saying Netflix is the bad option. Are they smoking crack?

I don't know if anyone else feels their spirit lifted via pictures of soup or soup-like objects, but may this Bloody Mary and pot of gumbo heal thee.

What were your first four commander decks?

Of all the great dialogue written for Baldur's Gate 3, I enjoy the side characters most of all.

Mig can't stop hearing "meat" in the walls. Then another guard opens with "Don't mind Mig and her meat sounds." The voice acting elevates this silly lil interaction into something I look forward to. A+.

All these kids listening to music like they're 75, slow down homey.

Not falling into that trap, I'm a musical Benjamin Button. The older I get, the younger my musical tastes will be. Eventually, I'm gonna be jamming to some 5yo sh*t, just banging wooden spoons on the ground, wearing a diaper.

Got any sources?

Just to be clear, you're going to argue that Jedi, and Lucas at the time, was NOT swayed by toy sales to make changes to Jedi's story. That Ewoks weren't made to sell toys.

Because that's the only thing I've insinuated.

Throw your Lotus into the ring!

They did, but they canceled the whole line after seeing how terribly the special performed. It turned out people didn't love a special that opened with 10 minutes of a conversation wookie conversation and no subtitles, or a perverted grandpa Wookie who used VR to masturbate.

Jace runs a city/planet (poorly), bonks his head and finds love while driving a tugboat.

Sarkhan goes insane. Saves a dragon by accident. Finds peace. Goes insane again and gets beaten up by an autistic person.

Dragon Daddy just wants to grill & wear a Hawaiian shirt. Justice for Sarkhan.

I've never played Pokemon or even watched the cartoon. Which evolution is this?

Arena might flavorful for pt 2, and it would allow your Diamond Weapon-esque creatures to take out opponent's things.

A Gaea card might also be a nice nod - Gift or Blessing - both fairly useful tricks.

Lastly, this card screams Hades to me.

I've made my first character for #outerworlds2, the descendent of RFK Jr., Rob Kennedy XXIV.

My very first dialogue choice let me choose the "dumb" option, saying that I was angry about scientists inventing equipment that gives me LESS brain damage.

This playthrough is going to be amazing.

Disclaimer: It's been a long time since I've seen this, so it could be terrible and I'm just misremembering.

However, I thought this was a really interesting new world with "superheroes," a good cast, and great pacing. Fun movie.

When I think of people who say "Commander SHOULD work this way," I think of Rick - the character ... not the card.

His arc loops and loops, as follows:

1. Sees working settlement
2. Forces way in
3. Doesn't follow rules
4. Settlement collapses
5. Hits the road

Don't let Rick in. #goodgatekeeping

Love this confirmation from Jesper. It's always been my favorite set for this reason. As a kid, I was kicked out of church for asking questions. When I was a teen, my friends had their D&D books burned by religious parents.

The Dark's representation of White wasn't confusing at all to me.

Considering playing Arena again for the first time in 6 months just because of the Power Cube. Genuinely haven't been excited to play until I heard about this ...

Still feels nerve-wracking though. Like I'm looking at the bottle after 6 months of glorious sobriety.

I know nothing about comics, but my brother used to collect them, and this guy does strike a chord. Like, he's irrationally cool-looking. And nothing about him from my adult brain agrees with that, so I know it has to be kid brain.

Like, what are those fins on his head for? Why is he in a costume?

Magic CEO at the shareholder meeting opens pockets and says, "Look at all these jewels!"

Forgets to note that he broke the glass and locks in his own shop to bring said jewels to the meeting.

This argument regarding hybrid mana cards is nonsensical.

99% of players aren't playing cedh. Mono-colored decks have literal 1,000s of options to make your 99. And there are already great reasons to do so: cost, mana, flavor.

Blinging out a mono-color deck is easier, cheaper, and So Much Fun.
