During a recent visit to Longwood Gardens I learned that Agave is in the asparagus family. Ipso facto, every shot of tequila is a serving of healthy vegetables. Sans smelly aftereffect. If you needed a reason to rekindle your love/hate relationship with tequila, you're welcome.

I watched a portion of the congressional hearing on federal telework today. There are compelling arguments on both sides, and as a federal employee, I have a slight bias towards continued telework. My biggest takeaway, however, is just how horrible Nancy Mace is as a human being. Performative ogre.

I started feeding crows in my yard,and I use a crow call to let them know each day that peanuts have been served. After I called them recently I chuckled when I considered what I might be cawing to them in my wretched, broken Crow, "Mother of b!tch! Come to peanut. You go to b@stards! Come peanut!"
