I actually love this. He’s probably going to retire sooner than later. Need to draft minimum 2 OL this year (preferably high), and just have that man focus there.

Seems like that would actually mean in the meantime, we’re likely to continue to pull good candidates every off cycle. Would imagine McDaniel is in play if he doesn’t land a HC gig bc it’s almost a sure path to HC gig when you’re able to turn it around.
